Unless your connection speed sucks I would recommend you to go with the latter, which comes pretty close to DVD quality.

Damn, all this tech talk and now we've already reached the conclusion! So, what can I say about this site? It's fucking great, how about that! Ok, the irregular updates do bother me a bit, but apart from that I'm sold. The site's idea is great, and seeing the transformation of these girls is positively fascinating!
